The Clinometer is an adjustable Perspex® shield furnished with several vertical and two horizontal lines to transfer the physiognomic esthetic parameters from the patient into the articulator. After adaptation at the facebow, the shield is tilted by means of a knob until the horizontal lines correspond to the run of eyes and incisors. The technician is now able to transfer these angular values by identically adapting the analogue device at the articulator.
