INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY AND CENTRIC ADJUSTMENT
1. Assemble lower arm of the articulator by attaching
it to the side arms. Remove screws from the lower
arm, and slide it into the predrilled holes on the
side arms. Tighten screws with the larger allen wrench
supplied.
2. Slide the incisal guidance pin into slot on the
upper arm of the articulator and tighten the large
white screw.
3 Remove the rubber plugs from the upper arm of the
articulator, to uncover the underlying screws.
4. Using the smaller allen wrench supplied, loosen
both screws.
5. Place the upper arm of the articulator onto the
side arms, making sure that the condyle balls rest
in the condyle housings.
6. Make sure the incisal guidance pin is in centric
position. (centered on the incisal table).
7. Maintain the upper arm in that position, and pull
out one side of the condyle axle completely,
making sure that the condyle ball rests properly in
the housing. Tighten the according screw with the
smaller allen wrench.
8. Do the same with the other side of the axle. Make
sure there is no "play" in the upper arm.
If there is, you must repeat steps "3" through
"8".
9. Set the Bennett Angle at 15° .
