Terry
McQuiston, CDT is the Authentic® and Pulse™
Technical Manager at Jensen Premium Dental Products. For many
years Terry operated an exclusive dental studio in Georgia that
focused on the science and art of fixed prosthetics with a strong
emphasis on advanced esthetics. He received his technical training
at Lindsey-Hopkins in Miami, Florida after first having studied
chemistry at the University of the South in Tennessee, and Guilford
College in North Carolina after serving in the U. S. Army. His
past experiences as a private technician and his associations
with leading prosthodontists have formed the foundation of his
restorative philosophy. Additional formal training at the Tanaka
Institute, as well as his continued dialogue and advanced ceramic
application training with such internationally acclaimed instructors
as Don Cornell, Dr. Robert Winter, Willi Geller, Ernst Hegenbarth,
Oliver Brix, and more, provide him with the unique ability to
relate to multiple dental disciplines and instruct for every
level of experience. Terry maintains an active role in dental
education through his lectures, presentations, and associations
with many of the world's most recognized leaders in both technical
and clinical dentistry. His participation in state, regional,
national and international dental technology associations, publications,
and forums are processed into his everyday communications and
provide the backboard for his lectures and courses. Currently,
he sits on the advisory board for Dental Dialogue and Dental
Dialogue International magazines. He has consulted for a variety
of international manufacturing concerns on a wide variety of
technically related issues.
