Microstar® HS™ Expansion Liquid is for use with all Microstar investments. Please note that HS™ Expansion liquid, in order to maximize investment performance, is not freeze-stable.

HS-PC™ Investment

HS-PC™ Investment is designed for restorations requiring internal fits, specifically inlays and onlays. Its fine grain size and controlled expansion provide precise, accurate fits. Use with the Inlay Maker™ investing cylinder for reliable investing and devesting. HS-PC™ Investment uses HS™ Expansion Liquid.

Partial Plus Investment

Partial Plus is a phosphate-bound investment designed specifically for partial dentures. Like Microstar® HS™ Investment, Partial Plus is compatible with both the rush and overnight techniques. Partial Plus can be placed in a full temperature burnout oven after just 25-35 minutes of setting time, saving significant production time. Partial Plus uses HS™ Expansion Liquid.

Digital Dual Clock-Timer

The Digital Dual Clock-Timer has timer, countdown, and clock functions. Built-in pocket clip, magnet, and table stands provide for versatile use. Battery is included.

Thixo Die Stone

Thixo Die Stone is a fully-synthetic Type IV die stone with a smooth, thixotropic consistency that allows models to be poured with the greatest precision. Thixo has an expansion of 0.1 for extremely accurate fits. It is available in three colors: Ivory Pastel, Golden Yellow, and Yellow Brown.

LBS Liquid Base Stone

LBS Liquid Base Stone can be used to create bubble-free, accurate bases without any vibration necessary. This smooth and fluid base stone is fine-grained and uniformly dense to keep your dies as precise as possible. LBS Liquid Base Stone is available in White and Dark blue.

Inlay Maker™

Inlay Maker™ is a revolutionary investing cylinder specifically for inlays. Its 100g oval cylinder gives a one-to-one relationship between the wax pattern and the pressed inlay, allowing the devested ceramic to be seated with minimal effort. Inlay Maker™ offers ideal temperature and expansion during bench set, pre-heating, and pressing.

Flex Rings

The Microstar® Flex Ring increases the efficiency and reliability of all pressable ceramic systems. Interior guide lines are reproduced on the investment ceramic, thereby identifying the exact location of patterns for easy divesting. A vertically-ribbed interior increases surface area for faster heating and cooling. Flex Rings are available in 100g, 200g, and 300g sizes to suit all pressing needs.

Plungers

These high grade disposable plungers provide for reliable ceramic pressing. No pre-heating is required. Available in three sizes: 12mm (2g), 13mm (3.5g and 7.5g), and 16mm (5g).

Simplifire® Press Tray System

Simplifire is a new firing tray utilizing a fixed fan-shaped pin specifically developed for delicate ceramic work, includijng all-ceramic restorations. The unique shape of the blades allows a more uniform cooling of your restoration.

Preformed Wax Sprues

The Preformed Wax Sprues are designed to seat on top of the Flex Ring™ base former. They conveniently and precisely locate patterns in the center of the Flex Ring™ for uniform heat distribution and easy divesting. Available in 2-gate, 4-gate, and 6-gate patterns.

RDS Removable Die Spacer

RDS Removable Die Spacer is engineered to provide the optimum cement space on dies. Two thin coats of light blue RDS are all that is necessary. It peels away easily when dry.

SU Form-Up Esthetic Wax Pattern Kit

The SU Form-Up Kit simplifies custom anterior waxing of try-ins and pressings. The kit comes with 36 different forms, each with 10 facets, for a total of 360 facets. Also included is 45g of fixing wax and 45g of modeling wax.

Pasta Rossa Indicating Paste

Pasta Rossa is a light, easy-to-use indicating paste for identifying high spots, premature contact, and interference. It is highly visible and easy to clean with no residue. An applicator brush is included.

Easy Grip Ceramic Tweezers

The spring-loaded Easy Grip Ceramic Tweezers simplify work on small pieces. This tool is just the right size for crowns and veneers, and is ideal for layering, staining, and characterization. Depress the spring to open the blades, then release to secure.
