Step One:
The objects have to be positioned within the indicated areas of the
investment ring.
Step Two:
The wax wire should have a diameter of 8 gauge - no taper (3.0-3.5
mm)
The angle of the fixed objects to the vertical axis is approximately
20°
No part of wax pattern should be any closer than 5mm to edge of ring.
Step Three:
Carefully measure the weight of the wax patterns and sprues to calculate
the required ingots from the above table.
Step Four:
Ingots and disposable plungers are NOT preheated.
